Software License Agreement
PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING BEFORE USING OUR SOFTWARE. BY USING ANY OF OUR SOFTWARE YOU AGREE TO THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS.
1. SOFTWARE INFORMATION
Triexa is the sole owner of all logos, documentation, code, and other related materials. This is a non-transferable ownership. Obtaining a license does not provide legal ownership over any of the aforementioned items. 2. COPIES OF SOFTWARE
You may have one (1) copy of the software for backup or archival purposes, provided that the copy is kept in your possession and that your installation and use of the software does not exceed the number of licenses purchased. 3. LICENSING DETAILS
By purchasing a license for this software you may have the software installed once on a single domain or subdomain. The number of active copies of software must not exceen the number of licenses purchased. You may not violate any of the details of the license you have purchased, as restricted through the product key. 4. LIMITATIONS
With your licensed copy of the software, you may not:
Triexa reserves the right to monitor your license usage. This includes the monitoring of your license. We will never collect any information beyond license information such as installation location. 6. LICENSE TERMS
This license agreement is automatically activated upon payment and upon receiving the Triexa software and remains effective until terminated. You may terminate this agreement by erasing all copies of the software. This includes all source files, documentation, database structures, and any backed up or archived copy. It will also automatically terminate if you fail to comply with any term or condition of this agreement. Triexa reserves the right to void technical support and upgrades and/or persue legal action if this agreement is violated. You agree on termination of this agreement to destroy all copies of the software, documentation, and related materials in your posession. Failure to do so may result in legal action for software piracy. 7. LIABILITY
In no event shall Triexa be liable for any damages and/or losses including security issues, data, bugs, losses, or any other damages. In the event that a serious security issue is found, Triexa will attempt to fix the problem as soon as possible and notify users on the mailing list. 8. DEVELOPER'S CUT
Triexa offers some software as a "Developer's Cut" license type. The following applies ONLY to users who purchase the developer's cut license:
THIS SOFTWARE AND THE ACCOMPANYING FILES ARE SOLD "AS IS" AND WITHOUT WARRANTIES AS TO PERFORMANCE OR MERCHANTABILITY OR ANY OTHER WARRANTIES WHETHER EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED. NO WARRANTY OF FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE IS OFFERED. ANY LIABILITY OF THE SELLER WILL BE LIMITED EXCLUSIVELY TO PRODUCT REPLACEMENT OR REFUND OF PURCHASE PRICE. FAILURE TO INSTALL THE SOFTWARE IS NOT A VALID REASON FOR REQUESTING A REFUND OF THE PURCHASE PRICE, NOR IS FAILURE TO ENSURE THAT THE SOFTWARE MEETS THE SYSTEM REQUIREMENTS. THE USER ASSUMES THE ENTIRE RISK OF USING THE SOFTWARE. If you have a situation in which you feel you may be conflicting with the license agreement, please contact support@triexa.com with the software name and any applicable information. Each situation is met on a case-by-case basis.

- Disclose or release any code, documentation, proprietary know-how, or content
- Reverse engineer or use any code / algorithms involved in any other way than direct use with the software
- Resell the software directly without a prior written permission from Triexa
- Sub-license or rent any area of the software, script, or any part of the software package
- Transfer ownership of the software
- Claim ownership and/or creation of the software

- Full source code is provided to you in strict confidence. Any use or disclosure of the software, or of its algorithms, prototals or interfaces, other than in strict accordance with this license agreement, may be actionable as a violation of our trade secret rights.
- Users may change or modify the software to suit their needs, at their own risk, for their own use. Triexa assumes no responsibility and provides no support for problems resulting from modifying the source code.
- Users may resell the software for any price decided at their own discretion, but may not exceed the total number of licenses purchased.
- Users may rebrand the software, removing all copyright and "powered by" statements as well as any graphics or other text.
