Question Piping Implemented
Make your survey’s smarter! Include the answer of one question into the question of another.

For example, say a user had a choice of their favorite search engine and they chose Google. The next question could read “Why do you like to use Google?”. Doesn’t that sound much better than “Why do you like the search engine you chose above?” We think so!

To use question piping, just use [Q#] in the title of a question, where # represents the question to fetch the answer from. Question numbers are displayed when you edit a question, next to the red X used to remove the question.

Currently, question piping works with the text field and single/multiple choice question types.

IE7 & CSS Fixes
Today we have updated the website so that the main navigation bar functions as expected in the upcoming Internet Explorer 7. We have also made the necessary adjustments so that the similar navigation bar for SonicMailer Pro’s administration area works the same as well.

The day IE 7 is released is the day many websites will “break”. The main problem is that the current version of IE has extensive rendering issues as per the standards. As a result, hacks or fixes had to be created to mimick the functionality for Internet Explorer users. The problem now, is that IE 7 has been improved and complies with the standards more accurately, and as a result, all these hacks and fixes only break the display.

Virtually every single modern website will need to be adjusted appropriately so that it displays and functions correctly in both IE 6 and the new IE 7.

We’ll see how things go!

There is a little bug in one file that causes problems if you create HTML e-mails to, for example, %SUB:LINK_UNSUB%. You can download the file below and overwrite your existing one in /admin/includes/ and the problem should be resolved.
