Thanks for the suggestion. It’s been added to our list and we will see if we can implement something like this in some way.

It would be very useful to have a multi-choice area (or radio block), that when you selected an item, it would also allow you to show a subitem for more info.

For example. When we do surveys on cancelled accounts, we have a question block for Why are you leaving. It has several answers and one is “Lacking a feature”. If they click that checkbox, it would be very helpful to open up a little box under that and indented a little to allow further comment so we can actually find out which feature they wanted. This should be done without a page refresh or having to “pipe” anything. Just display a hidden would be best.
